I just hate how Wonder Woman has like 15 gadgets which would in themselves be powers for a minor hero
Like shes Super Strong; Super Speedy; Invernulnerable (Immortal?); she has a whip that never misses, can reach past the moon and makes people tell the truth; she has a tiara that can be thrown and magically appears back in her hand and can cut through anything; she has a belt buckle that stops people fighting around her; she is a trained amazonian warrior; she has gauntlets that can deflect bullets; and she has an invisible plane.
I like how Marvel everyone is generally worse
(Please don't start me on Superman!!!)

Yeah, bizhos!
It feels better when mockingbird does 4 damage than when wonder woman does it, because you can mockingbird trained for 15 years for that one attack, whereas wonderpuss does that all the time.

No they're not. (Not starting a flame war here) Look at marvels Hyperion, Galactus, Beyonder, etc. Then talk to me about power.

No they're not. (Not starting a flame war here) Look at marvels Hyperion, Galactus, Beyonder, etc. Then talk to me about power. Yeah, except these chars dont have regular titles besides Hyp. Look at DC's powerhouses. All of them have their own title. DC's heroes are def. more powerful than marvel. I mean, its meant to be that way. They're all robots or aliens. Thats why people relate to Marvels toons more, rather than DC's, because mutants are just a spinoff of the human race.

DC characters are more powerful, yeah. But in general, it's concentrated in the big 3 and their enemies: Superman: shit, let's go through the Post-Crisis list, the Pre is WAY too freakin' long... Superspeed, Superstrength, Invuln, Flight, Heat vision, X-Ray vision, Arctic breath. All of them to such ridiculous levels that no one but his own personalized enemies ever stand a chance. Supes enemies: Mongul: Not the guys we've had since Imperiex, the one we got right after the CoIE reboot, kicked the crap out of Kal then leaves him bleeding on the floor of the arena. Bad ass! Darkseid: Realistically, nobody beats the Jack Kirby Darkseid, he is a god, straight up. He kills and brings people back at will. Doomsday: The ultimate plot device. "There's no way this rag-tag group of enemies could possibly beat the Justice League" "Throw in Doomsday, that'll tip the scales in their favor!" Lex: He's so damn SMART!
Batman: Just the fact that he can "beat anyone" who he knows he'll face at least a day in advance, it's lame. Giving birth to my favorite villain... Bane: He DID take down the bat, fuck you, Bruce
Wonder Woman: She's arbitrarily given powers or forgets she has them. Speed, why the hell not? Flight, when she feels like it. Way too strong, sure! Who is her trademark villain? A chick in a cat suit...
Flashes (formerly): So fast they travel faster than light.... kinda lame...

And Cable, and Wolverine, and Thanos and Galactus and Phoenix

Ehhh, Cable's only uber powerful sometimes. Wolverine just fights stupid people. Thanos is only extremely powerful when he's with Death, or has crazy uber powers.....and yes, we do have the Phoenix force, but does it compare to The Spectre?

Spectre doesn't usually show up too much, and he doesn't extinguish solar systems at a time...
And he IS beatable, DoV showed us that. Not to mention, now that he's back to normal, his actions are only against severely demented people...

Still, most cosmic entities arent main characters, or even heroes in marvel

Look at marvels Hyperion . . . You do know that Hyperion is based on Superman, right? (The whole Squadron Supreme/Sinister are DC parodies) .

DC guys are way too powerful. You give a DC fan an example, a DC fan can find a way for the DC guy to win.

Okay, Marvel characters who are potentially ridiculous: Odinpower Thor: Literally unlimited power Silver Surfer: Can absorb enormous amounts of energy and release them against anything The Hulk: If you disconnected Bruce (a la, Onslaught) he just keeps getting bigger, meaner, stronger and continuosly regenerating. Wolverine: It's been stated that unless every part of him, with the exception of his skeleton, is incinerated all at once, (See Days of Future Past) he's immortal. The Sentry: Supposedly fought Galactus to a stand-still by himself, still regularly appearing in New Avengers. Scarlet Witch: Do I really need to elaborate? Deadpool: Thanos made him immortal so that he and death couldn't be together, on top of all his other abilities. Magneto: In the past has "Controlled the trace metals in a person's brain in order to control their minds"

mm..no. Half of those are the worst characters m arvel has. The most interesting characters are ones thats have to like outthink their oponent and have amazing but yet crap powers like spider-man.
I quite like scarlet witch (when not crazy) because shes not in control of her powers.

The point is not how good they are, I don't happen to think Superman is the best written/drawn character in DC, yet you all still complain about him. And on the point of Scarlet Witch not controlling her powers, see the new Ion, same deal, only they haven't done that storyline before. Avengers Disassembled: Wanda loses control of her powers, alters reality, all kinds of crazy shit happens House of M: Wanda loses control of her powers, alters reality, everyone has a twisted sense of what they want, all kinds of crazy shit happens.
