Yeah, but Spidey actually has to try to best people. Superman just punches Rhino and he dies/is defeated. Spidey has to like chase him 7 streets, all the while tring desperately to stop his rampage/ save civilians.
Also, Spidey can actually be hurt.

Yeah, but it's a lot less interesting seeing 2 uber strong people talk and talk, occasionally punching each other, tahn it is watching a crazy crap trying to beat adversity against all odds.

How is that not interesting. Epic, planet-smashing fights are awesome. You can just read one of many examples of literature to get the whole beating adversity thing, but Superman dumping a mountain on Darkseid is something that's uniquely awesome to comics. Comics is a visual medium, so you might as well take advantage of it.

Yeah, if the arts good, and epic, fine.
I just find invulnerability dull. She-Hulk is funny/has a personality, so you get over her. Hulk is worse than Superman, he has NO bag at all. Rogue has the standard boring powers, but at least she has a huge vice, like never touching her beloved.
What;s Superman's weakness? A rock that only appears when the writers need someone to stand a chance against him.

And magic. And that he won't let himself use the full extent of his power. And all of his mortal friends.
Hulk's bag is that the madder he gets, the stronger he gets. He's a force of the human psyche. Everybody just wants to turn into a giant green monsterman and smash stuff at some point.
