Ethan, Tom, and Brian decided not to risk going along some of the steep edges of the Crim Dell and falling in. After all, who knows where the Dell has been? And Ethan probably smells bad enough already, right? Instead, they follow a small creek going along the paths in the woods that lead to WM Hall. Every now and then they hear rustling noises in the trees above them. Encounter 1 Tom  Pidgey LV 5 HP 4 Sp 6 Normal Flying types Tackle-2 Damage Sand Attack-RD: On 1-2, next attack by target opponent misses. Ethan  Sentret Lv 4 HP 6 Sp 3 Normal Type Tackle-1 Damage Brian Sentret Lv 5 HP 6 Sp 4 Normal Type Tackle-2 damage |

Friggin' Squirrels. "Go, Jeff Beck!"  Mankey, "Jeff Beck" Lv. 5, HP 4, SP 6 Fighting Type 30 Exp to next level Scratch-2 Damage Leer-Takes one less damage from target Low Kick-4 Damage Jeff Beck sees the Sentret, and becomes furious. Moreso than normal. He doesn't even wait for Ethan to give an order. He uses Low Kick. It's super effective, and the Sentret goes flying.

"To answer your first question, he/she/it probably has some kind of plan for us. To answer the second, it's tough to say. I'm pretty sure no one knew when we were knocked out, so knowing what day it is now is pretty pointless."

Following the creek, Tom, Ethan, and Brian eventually come up to a sign on their left. "Butterfly Path." Seeing as the Butterfly Path portion is not very long and goes out of the woods, they decide to quickly go up and down it, to see what they can find. There is still a rustling in the trees overhead. Encounter 2 Tom  Oddish Lv 4 HP 6 SP 3 Grass/Poison Type Absorb-1 damage, heals oddish 1 Ethan  Caterpie Lv 5 HP 4 Sp 4 Bug Type Tackle-1 Damage String Shot-Lowers target enemy's speed by 1 Brian  Wurmple LV 4 HP 5 Sp 3 Bug Type Tackle-1 damage String Shot-Reduces speed by 1. |

"Go, Bones!"  Cubone Lv 8 HP 10 SP 4 Ground Type Caterpie uses String Shot. Cubone's Speed is 3 for the remainder of the battle. "Bone Club!" Caterpie takes 4 damage. Caterpie faints. |

Yes and no. In the videogames, I'm pretty sure I found a way to determine what you end up with. It will evolve the same way here.
But I'm not telling you what that is. If you know what you're doing, you can get the exact one you want. If not, hey, you mght still get lucky.
