Jeff's Enemy Phanpy LV 4 HP 6 SP 3 Ground Type Tackle-2 Damage Defense Curl-Takes one less damage from all opponents Growl-Target opponent does one less damage.
Porygon goes first."Ok! Porygon I'm sure you can find a way to alter its mental state!" Porygon uses Psybeam!2 damage, plus a 1 was rolled, so Phanpy becomes confused. Phanpy tries to retaliate in its confusion... (A 3 was rolled, so Phanpy can attack. I figured he wouldn't be able to attack on a 1 and a 2) Phanpy uses Tackle!Porygon 5 HP

"Ok Porygon, configure your density and hit Phanpy where it hurts"
Porygon uses Tackle!"Huh!? It didn't seem to do much damage..." said Jeff. "Duh. Its an elephant..." said one of his bandmates. Porygon's tackle deals 1 damage. Phanpy tried to rush at Porygon to make an attack, but was still so confused it tripped over its own feet. Porygon 5 HP

"Porygon! It could be funny using Sharpen, but obviously only for a funny laugh as its basically pointless. Yeah, go for it! Calibrate your vertices and sharpen your edges!" Porygon uses SharpenPhanphy got over its confusion.

Bone Club, Mankey takes 2, no flinch. 2 Left.Mankey uses scratch, Bones takes 1. Well, if I'm gonna be dealin' with other trainers, might as well start catching and raising other Pokemon.Ethan throws Pokeball. Catches successfully. As soon as Ethan lets out the Mankey to examine his catch, it swipes at his face. "Angry little son of a bitch, ain't it? I think I'll call it Jeff Beck. He's an angry dude, right?" No one cares what Ethan names his Pokemon at the moment, being preoccupied with their own battles. Bones has 7 HP left. Jeff Beck has 2 HP left. Ethan has 5 Pokeballs.

HP 5, SP 4 Poison Type Tackle-1 Damage Leer-Takes one less damage from target Magby uses Leer! +1 damage for the rest of the fight. Nidoran uses Tackle! 1 damage to Magby. Magby uses Ember! 3 damage to Nidoran. Nidoran uses Tackle! 1 damage to Magby. Magby uses Ember! 3 damage to Nidoran. Nidoran is KO'd! Magby has 4/6 HP left. |

"I never saw the point in catching Pokemon which are really bad/ not what I want. Realistically I'm never going to catch all 50,000 or how ever many there are, so why bother?"

EDIT: Whoops! Forgot to award experience there! Dratini, Porygon and Magby each get five. Dratini, Porygon, and Magby have 20 EXP till next level. Cubone has 25 till next level. Mankey has 20 till next level. And while we're on the topic of experience, don't be surprised if I hand out Experience if you do something particularly interesting, clever, or unexpected with your Pokemon in or out of battle. Additionally, there may be Exp. rewards at the end of each Chapter, if I feel so inclined. So, after the brief encounter with the frightened, yet wimpy, Safari Pokemon, our heroes journey deeper into the park, where they reach the site of Dykell's illicit excavation. There is drilling equipment all around, and a cave dug into a hill. Outside of the cave are two thugs with motorcycles. "Hey! What are ya doin' here?"   Chumps want to fight! Free-for-all battle.   Machop LV 7 HP 8 Sp 4 Fighting Type Karate Chop 2 Damage Poochyena LV 7 HP 6 SP 5 Dark Type Tackle 2 Damage Howl Poochyena does +1 Damage. |
