Tommy Wiseau is possibly French filmmaker known for writing, producing, directing, and starring in 'The Room', a heinous black hole of a film rife with bad acting, poor dialogue, repetitive scenes, aimless subplots, and all matter of other shit. And his hair looks weird. This will better explain it. Watch it or you'll be tearing me apart, Lisa. MY brain MY BRAIN! BOY, why did you do that to me?

YES! I did last night.
I thought the flick was...servicable. It's a very by-the-numbers superhero flick of an irresponsible man with greatness thrust upon him. I feel like this flick would've been recieved a lot better if it had come out before Iron Man. Anyway, the film kind of doesn't know what to do with the Corps. Kilowog is only the drill sargaent, Tomar-Re is only the expositor, and Sinestro is only the sequel-bait. Carol Ferris isn't given jack-shit to do, so at least the movie plays to Blake Lively's strengths. Amanda Waller only exists here as a name drop. Hector Hammond...I actually dug their version of Hammond. He was a nice guy corrupted by his own insecurites (and a space cloud of evil) as opposed to a prick who got superpowers and then became a bigger prick. It seems like they wrote Hal Jordan so that Ryan Reynolds could play to his strengths, so in that regard he's properly cast, but I still think Nathan Fillion would've been so much better as Hal.
6/10.
Also, the special effects were dodgy. A lot of the times it looked like Reynold's head was floating above a weird green blob.

I saw it last weekend. It was pretty good. Not even close to as bad as people said it was.
8.5 out of 10

TF3 was epic win. There's a Team Fortress 3? Awesome! Also, George Carlin is awesome.

I do very occasionally, and it's entirely out of nostalgia. Also, I was such a stupid kid.
