He's "big" alright. Big and plump. No muscle to be seen. I've taken down guys in seconds that were bigger than him and all muscle-- without having to use a baton or pepper spray. |

They must pile shit high in his town though. On a side note very happy to say that I put up 375 on the bench and probably could have hit 395 if I went up. Going to wait a few weeks for that. My players thought I was wussing out when I did 225 5 times, 275 once, 315 once and then went OH when they saw me put 355 on and do it twice. They went oh my god I have to see this when 375 was stacked on. Afterwards I went and helped one of the "troubled" kids I work with with his sparring and take down defense. His sprawl is getting good, but he let's me hook that knee and I ALWAYS lock his leg up. The worst thing he can hear me say is "you know what hurts?"  I got him today when I locked him and then did an alligator roll. Though my pec is killing me worse from the roll then the benching. |
