Actions After Initiative is determined, Each player takes 2 actions, and goes around until all units have moved. If a character does not take an action it is called "Cooling"
Moving
There are 4 Basic types of movement.
Standard - Shown by a mini-figure logo. This character can move 2"
Mech - Shown by a mech logo. This character can move 4"
Other - Shown by a tank logo. This character can move the specified amount.
Here are some blank Statistic Cards;
When moving, characters must take turning and such into account, and move around objects, so a bendy measurer is best.

Attacking
Attacks can be made by rolling 1 D20 and adding the result to the Attack of the unit to match or beat the opponent characters defence value. Then that character takes the specified amount of damage. (Taking any modifiers into account)
If an attack is 1" or less away from the target it is considered Melee, if it is over 1" it is considered Ranged.
When Standard characters are attacked by Mechas or Vehicles/Other types they get an 11+ Save of all damage.
Power Points
Power Points are special points that characters can use for a number of things;
1 PP = Move extra 1" (Power Advance) 1 PP = Re-roll one dice (Power Surge) 2 PP = +2 Attack for one attack (Power Attack) 2 PP = Heal 3 HP or 10 AR (Power Defence)
Every unit can do these things, but there are also special PP abilities for characters.
Targetting
Units can target any other opposing unit on the battle field, but if they are not the closest unit, the opposing unit gets +1 Defence for each unit closer to the attacking character. Example;
Thunder Fury wants to target Grand Titan, and since Super Nova and Stealth Hunter are both closer, GT gets +2 Defence.
Defence Modifiers
The opponent can recieve the following bonuses, when you are attacking;
Through allied Mechas or Vehicles - +2 Defence Through oppoding Mechas or Vehicles - +3 Defence Through Terrain - +2 Defence
These also stack, so for example ;

Pilotting
Any Standard sized unit can "Pilot" any Mecha. One pilot can fit in one Mecha, and they may have Pilot Abilities. Any Standard figure can also Pilot any Other unit, and it will specify how many units it can hold, next to the speed.
Mechas will have a Specialist Pilot. When the Mecha is pilotted by that Pilot, it gains the listed abilities.
Pilotting is an action for the Unit and the Unit being Pilotted.
Standard figures lose all abilities apart from Pilot Abilties when Pilotting.
If the Mecha or Vehicle that is being Pilotted is defeated it is left as rubble, and the Pilot(S) escape the wreck immediately, upto 1" away from the wreckage. They take 2HP damage, (Which could KO them)
Game Effects
If a character rolls a natural 20 for attack rolls against Mechas, the opposing Mecha is now "Over Heated"
If a Mecha rolls a natural 1 for attack roll, it is considered Over Heated.
Over Heated - This character gets - 6 to its attack rolls, and - 1" to its movement value. This character is considered Over Heated until it Cools.
Certain game effects can cause a unit to fall.
Fallen - Place this character on its side, or off of its legs/wheels This character cannot take an action until it has cooled. (When this character has cooled place it upright again)
