I vote Cable. Sometimes he can be uber/crazy powerful, and sometimes he is just kinda powerful. Even when he is just kinda powerful, I give it to Cable.

Seeing as how Cable was a God for a while...and is the only person strong enough to contain the Legacy virus, plus still be a god at the same time...then after he dies, create another one of himself to take his place and have all his memories...my votes on Cable. Cable's been my man for years...and since he's teamed up with Deadpool....well, the fun never ends!
