And it doesnt really matter if he has their fighting techniques because they have them anyway. And Black Cat would just make him really unlucky and like fall over and die

I'd say Echo. Yeah, her and Taskmaster both have the same powers, and can copy everyones powers up there, besides Black Cat, but Echo is an olympic-level athlete. Taskmaster isn't in that kinda shape, yet he does have more experience with his "powers", Echo would still be able to copy whatever he does. As for Black Cat's luck powers, her luck powers arent that strong. I mean, they aren't like Domino's or anything. She is subconsciously able to cause anyone in her immediate vicinity that she perceives as a threat to be susceptible to freak accidents, like guns jamming and exploding, or tripping on objects, etc. Anyway, Dr. Strang was tampering with her luck powers, and actually took them away, and gave her more catlike reflexes and retractable claws and such, but she lost those powers as the magic faded away, so she really doesnt have luck powers anymore.....

I'd say Taskmaster. He does have a sword and an adamantium sheild I beleive. He also has tons of other weapons which beats Echo.
