I vote Doom. Only because he is smarter, and can control magic. He is like taking Iron Man's Armor and internal weapons, Reed Richard's smarts, Dr. Strange's mystical powers, and Darth Vader's minions and badass-ness and putting them into one character.

Like Dr. Doom is powerful enough to resist
and it probably would be a doombot anyway
Vader could just waste him with a lightsabre though

Anyways, Vader wouldn't get close enough to Doom in order to choke him. Vader can't choke from as far away as Doom's blasts go. That, and Doom can control freakin magic! |

Because Mr. Fantastic is (supposedly) the most intelligent person in 616.
(I say Sage whips his ass anyday intelligence wise.)
Also Reed has like 3 other amazings to back him up, Invisible woman is actually too good to be true.

Because Doom is amazing!!!!
The fantastic four are equally matched to Doctor Doom, and therefore neither have really "won".
Therefore I think Doom is better than Vader
