Not being bias but I really think Vader would take this. Maul wont be easy because of his speed but if you watch the fight scenes with Vader in it he actually moves pretty fast. Plus Vader is SO strong with the force he could just choke Maul. Maul has like barely and force using skills, he is mostly a fighter. All in all I think Vader would just crush Maul.

I don't even see how this would be a fight. Maul has barely any control over the force. I see him as just a very experienced fighter with a dual saber. Vader, however, could choke him from about 50 feet away. Vader is EXTREMELY powerful in using the force. Vader for the win easily.
