Banshee, Gambit and Storm are strong contenders awell.
Banshee could just scream and they would all die, Storm could just create a massive storm and Gambit just wastes.
Rouge could rule aswell

But she needs to touch one of them to do something, and A lot of them could affect her before she even gets close.

I got Gambit for this one. He has pretty good fighting skills, and a lot of people just can't handle him throwing explosives at them.

Psylocke and Banshee would waste Rouge in a second though.
Banshee could just kill everyone in one hit if he actually screamed

No Banshee would just have to scream and everyone in the danger room/room/battlefield would just die of brain damage. end of. Banshee has a good enough reaction time to react when he sees Rouge flying towards him. Rouge doesn't have a force field protecting her ears.
And Psylocke would just turn off all their minds easily.
Gambit could not win. Once he kills all the others except rouge, he just gets smashed to a pulp anyway.

Yeah, Gambit isnt that good.
He could waste beast, angel etc. and maybe banshee if he avoids th initial assault
