oh god...Batman Rip-off...
I think BAtman would win. I got my info off wiki (does that count as familiar?), and Night appears to be a worse version of Batman.

Batman Originally thought, yes alot of people thought that at first. (Untill they accually read a few of his books) No, he's not. Now that that's cleared up, I'm still not sure who I want to vote for. |

I'm leaning toward Batman Because of smarts, but then again, Nightthrasher ain't dumb, he's got Street Smarts, and his Armor is 5000% better than batmans stretchy PJ's.  I mean, he took out the Punisher!  (well, knocked out) |

Batman can beat anyone (How lame is that) so I'm going for him.
In future never do a vs. which involves Batman because he always wins anyway, so why waste your time
