What do you means 2-5 turns attack?
I think the game should work a bit like the cartoon where random things happen which are ultra effective and the game master should decide when.

2-5 as in;
Double Slap, hits 2-5 times.

I have no idea.
I think they should just do damage. Like would do 2, but does 4 due to it being a double attack.
Or ones like rain dance, actually keep track of the 5 turns its turned on.

I think for 20% attacks and 2-5 turn ones should be based off of GM rolling a D-10.

Just buy a D10. Or Ill buy a few and send them with Charcoal,...Thatd give me a reason for me to send Charcoal, and for you to send Gobby
Deal?
What colour do you two want, my local venue has a lot.

I think youd need to take it to the Post Office.
