Starter Pokemon Shuckle, Level 11, 4 Speed, 15 HP Wrap-1 Damage for 3 turns, can execute other moves and still deal this 1 damage Withdraw-plus 1 defense for rest of battle, - 1 speed Headbutt-5 Damage, 2 damage to user

Cecil and ShellyGym leaders of: Cerulean City Special effects in Battle: Electrical and Grass Attacks deal 1.5 damage against all of their pokemon, Fire attacks deal .5 against their pokemon. Cecil and Shelly are the two children of the Mayor of Cerulean. Many assume his power got them a place as Gym leaders, but the yare in fact, very competent trainers. Inventory: 2 berries Cecils Pokemon: Clamperl, level 11, 14 HP, 7 speed Attacks: Clamp- Does 2 damage each turn for 3 turns. Clamperl may uses other attacks during clamp Iron Defence- Decreases damage dealt by 1 for the rest of the battle. Vicegrip- 4 damage Shiny Huntail, level 13, 16 hp, 9 speed Attacks: Bite-4 damage Dive- Dissappears underwater for a turn (cannot be the target of an attack) and strikes for 3 damage next turn Scary Face- Opponents deal 3 less dmage to Huntail next attack Shelly's Pokemon: Clamperl, level 11, 13 HP, 9 speed Attacks: Water Gun- 3 damage Iron Defence- Decreases damage dealt by 1 for the rest of the battle. Rain Dance- Increases damage dealt by water attacks by 2 for 5 turns. (both friendly and opposing pokemon are affected) Shiny Gorebyss. level 13, 17 HP, 10 speed Attacks: Confusion-4 damage, 20% chance of confusing foe Water Pulse- 5 Damage, 10% chance of confusing the foe. Whirlpool- Deals 1 damage over 3 turns. Gorebyss may use other attacks during whirlpool Prize: Cascade Badge, 2 rare candies and TM 18 (Rain Dance), $1000
