Billy

A young boy, he is already a bad seed. He has joined Team Rocket, but his reasons for doing so are unknown. Terrance tried to change him, but he said he was setting things right. During the Pewter relic encounter, Billy revealed that he joined the Rockets for his father's sake. billy's father was extremely ill, and Terrance supposes this nonsense is started by Billy believing he can pay off his father's debts.

Rex's brother was in charge of the theft that attempted to steal the relic Lapras from Vermillion. The plan failed, resulting in the Lapras accicdentally killing Lani's parents. Rex aspires to be as sucessful as his brother, but can never seem to meet his standards.

Terrance's brother Elric is among the most famous trainers in the world. He is currently on his way to obtaining membership in the elite four, after drake's death. Unlike his father, Elric cares for Terrance, and is willing to do all that he can to help Terrance achieve greatness. His prodominant training type is water.

Known Pokemon:
None to group, except for Terrance, but Elric has countless pokemon. His main pokemon is an Azumarill that he started out with as an Azurill. It's level's and such are unknown.

Norm is the sworn enemy of Ricky, but no one knows why. Funny how that works. All that anyone knows is that Norm has an Eevee that is the twin of Ricky's, but it has an evil aurora.

Dixie Diamond

When Axel and his rival, Dixie, were taking part in an important sketching lesson, in preparation for the exam. It was an outdoors, poke hunt, where the best sketch of the rarest pokemon won a prize.

Axel managed to find a magnificent Ponyta grazing just outside Pallet town, and began to sketch. When Dixie saw him and the beautiful ponyta, she attacked it brutally with her Whismur, forcing Axel to abandon his sketching to take it to a pokemon centre.

He failed his exam, and was kicked out of the course becuase of Dixies jealousy of his artistic skills. And no-one believed that the perfect Dixie Diamond could do such an awful thing.

Dixie has turned evil, as she is a Rocket. She has stolen Axel's Ratata, but her reasons for doing so are unknown.

She recently all her pokemon in a drunken fiesta at the Celadon slot machines, and was foced to steal a traveellers pokemon instead. She is inexperienced with her new pokemon.

She stole these Pokemon fro man eastern traveller, and has not yet managed to find a translation for Fukamaru's name in Kantonese.

In a Rocket Raid on the Seafoam islands, Dixie saw a stray Pokemon egg float down the turbulent waterfalls, and saved it. This egg seemed to contain a descendant of the rare Pokemon Arcticuno. Arcticuno has sworn allegiance to Dixie for saving its life, and strangely Dixie hasnt realised the untapped potential this legendary pokemon has.

Cacios

Caicos was a bully at Lani's school and was the long term rival of Lani about anything pokemon. Lani has despised Caicos ever since he humiliated him in front of his whole class over a dare about catching a weedle, 5 years ago.

Caicos is keen to beat Lani at everything from trivial matters to Pokemon, for example in school if Lani was dared to take a sip of some older guy's Weepinbell juice, Lani would. But then Caicos would just take 2 sips and all the attention turned to him. Caicos would then pick on Lani for a long time afterwards. Caicos always has a pair of "iodiot fans" following him wherever he goes; this suggests Caicos is very popular with the ladies.

Caicos is said to be the next Ash Ketchum.
