Axel is deep in thought. He didint tell anyone that he saw a tiny pokemon spying on the battle with with Team Rocket boy. He could have sworn that it was a Whismur, the prize pokemon of Dixie, Axels rival. Was it hers? Axel didnt think that wild Whimsurs habited Viridian forest. Perhaps she was following him?

He sighed. It was too late to be making up nonsense stories.




*In the distance, a silloutte is standing, watching the scene intently, accompanied by a small creature. A smile appears on the figures lips*

"We're gonna catch ourselves a vi-elplume.."

Meanwhile

*Lani thinks back over the day's events*

Man, I can't believe I lost to Caicos! I have to pull up my belt.

He was always so keen to beat me at everything, like in school if I was dared to take a sip of some older guy's Weepinbell juice, I would. But then he would just take 2 sips and all the attention turned to him. And then he would pick on me about it for the next 2 weeks. And he always had a pair of iodiot fans following him wherever he went.

Damn, I hate him so much.........

Anyway, what was team Rocket doing trying to decieve us? They must be after our Pokemon and/or money. I better take better care next time.....

*Lani gets whacked on the forehead by a flying spoon telekinequed by Abra in his sleep*

Terrance seemed to slip away towards a small pond, unnoticed. What happened today? Why did Billy look so familiar? He looked like a long lost realitive or family friend, but Terrance couldn't pinpoint it. Terrance relesed his pokemon out, to let them stretch. He realized that none of his pokemon had battled all day. And that is when it hit him. Billy...he had seen him before, in a pokemon battle. He was Terrance's first battle. Billy was a real good person. He was really kind and sweet to his Murkrow. But what could drive that little boy to crime?

Axel decided to gather up his pokemon into their balls for the night. Ponyta dissapeared in a flash of light into the red ball.

"Rattata!?" Axel called. He couldnt be seen anywhere. Axel ventured into the nearby bushes looking for him. He suddenly tripped over a heavy lloking rock.

"Ow!" he exclaimed, picking himself up. What was that? He saw that he had actually tripped over a wild Metapod, that had probably been sleeping until he woke it. It wriggled wildly for a moment, before settling back down. Axel thought that it must have been lying on the branch above, and had fallen off, so he placed it back.

He continued to look for rattata.

"thats funny, hes always come back, when i've called before". He decided that Rattata was probably asleep somewhere, and would be back at camp by morning ,so Axel headed off back.





*when the footsteps could no longer be heard, Dixie recalled Metapod to its ball*

"Good job, Mettie. Yah distrahcted him long enough fo me to Ko his precious Rahtahta.."

*Dixie stuffs the unconcious body of Rattata into a rucksack*

after a full night of rest, the group travels, still in search of the giant vileplume. They soon are approached by a thick part of the forest. Should they attempt to go through or try to find a different, likely safer route?

I suggest we get out of here as quick as we can. Rattata may be at the exit to the forest.

They venture into the thick part, and are approached by a sea of oddish. They try to get away, but they can't escape. 10 oddish attack!
