I think the estimation for CR is WAY off, ESD is less than a point, why would CR be 2?

Also being a giant is a bargain!!!!
Just have 11 clicks 5 or 6 of which have like all 0 values
Then you can afford a much better first 6 clicks!!!

Oh well, here's my preliminary:
Name: Argyle McMillan Age: 32 Appearance: 6'3; 220 pounds (I estimate around 73-74 kilos); short, military haircut (brown); brown eyes; tanned skin History: Argyle was a US soldier, active during first Perisan Gulf offensive. After an ambush by Iraqi forces, he was seperated from his squad. In the heat of the Arabian sun, Argyle quickly used all of his rations and supplies, soon abandoning all non-vital equipment and all but his lightest weaponry. After a full day of wandering toward where he believed the allied rally point was located, Argyle decided that he'd wait it out and hope for rescue by coalition forces. After setting up an emergency radio and digging a hole several feet deep in order to find cooler levels of sand beneath, Argyle found what appeared to be a crystal bottle full of cold water. Touching it to his lips, intending only to sip, the water splashed out, filled his mouth and covered his face. Argyle awoke several hours later surronded by Iraqi forces. As one soldier leveled his weapon at Argyle, his eyes widened, seemingly in horror. The terrified opponent fired wildly into Argyle, and though he felt the bullets pass through him, they did no damage. When Argyle looked down, he found his body was composed of flowing sand. Argyle looked around a moment, closed his eyes, and drew in sand from around him, growing to tremendous size. The whirring sand flowed in the enemies' lungs, suffocating them each second. Argyle soon returned to the closest coalition base, once again in a human form. Now, former Sgt Argyle McMillan has just been released by the inconclusive project: Sand Storm.

Name: Alan Horstmann Age: 24 Appearance: absolutely average, 5'10", 185 lbs, blondish hair, brownish eyes, t-shirt and jeans kind of guy, outside of the metallic wristguards he wears History: Alan was a pacifist. He spent his entire life never throwing a single punch. It became a sort of a label for him, his reputation for being a peacelover. It even followed him to his work, where he was recruited by a research firm, creating non-violent solutions for use in police and military applications.
It all changed one day. During the debut of one of the newest creations from said company, a hacker of unknown origin cracked the control booth in charge of operation the unmanned units, and, through force of code, piloted the 'bot an a rampage, severely wounding or killing several bystanders.... including Alan's soon-to-be wife.
That same day, Alan quit his job, and began working on his own 'weapons'. Nanite bracers. He was never going to shed blood, directly... but would do anything and everything in his power to help anyone out to bring justice.
Powers: All of Alan's powers are derived from the nanite bracers, and the nanites they control. Said nanites are small enough to enter a person's blood stream and do what needs to be done. Whether it be misfiring someone's synapses (Mind Control and Outwit), or repairing damage done (Support/Regen), the nanites can do it all. The bracers also come equipped with a weak personal forcefield (ESD).

Character Issues:
1) Parallax, I'm not sure if I approve of Giant status on your character. I mean, he can absorb a lot of sand, but Sandman isn't exactly small himself, and he doesn't get giant status.
Think of it this way: Is he really as tall as some of the Giants out there? If you can justify it, I'll be okay. Maybe pick a current Giant character in Heroclix and compare to make your point, etc.
As well, what's your character's range? I put it in and it came out 34 points without range, so I assume 0..
***NOTE TO ALL: Input brown powers as . makes it look confusing. I updated it on yours already Parizzie.
2) Somacruz, your character can not exceed 30 points under Rookie status on the Generator. I think the estimation for CR is WAY off, ESD is less than a point, why would CR be 2? I didn't cost it.... someone else did. And placement on the dial affects cost.
I'll change it though, to 1.25/click. I think Seth would cost it a bit higher than ES/D

Parizzie, I deleted your post because I accidently modified it instead of quoting it.
But I'm allowing your use of Giant status. It wasn't clear to me in your original explanation, now it is.

No problem. Like I said, I'm pretty open to things, as long as it can be explained (no Pulitzer-worthy ones needed though! )

Here's mine:
Character's Full Normal Name: Solomon Michael Thuros Age: 19, but has been around for nearly 2000 years Appearance: Solomon has tanned skin. He has brown eyes, dark brown hair. Basically, he looks Jewish. He is an average teenaged boy, but has above-average looks. He has no noticeable abnormalities (scars, etc). He usually wears black jeans, a T-shirt with his latest favourite band, and a pair of Adidas shoes. About 6'0, 165 lbs. History: During the time Jesus Christ was born in Bethlehem about 33 BC, the King of the land, Herod, was quite disturbed with the idea of a King being born that would supposedly become the King of the world. Because he did not want to stop his rule, he gave orders to kill every boy in Bethlehem and the surrounding area under the age of 2. The one-year-old Solomon Thuros was one such boy. However an angel of the regiment that had come to warn the shepherds of Christ’s birth saw the child as it was leaving. It had pity on the child and sensed something special in him. It secretly blessed the child and left. When Herod’s men finally came to the Thuros’ household, Solomon’s parents pleaded and begged the king’s men to have pity on the boy. However, the king’s men merely got more frustrated. They sliced the boy in two and burned the house down, along with Solomon and his parents. Nearly 2000 years later, in 1988 AD, a reverend and his wife discovered a one-year old child in a basket on their porch on their way back from church. It had a name tag in the basket: Solomon Michael Thuros, with a cross insignia on it. So, they raised the child as their own, seeing him as a gift from God. Powers: Solomon has literally been “Touched by An Angel”. He had a normal childhood and early adolescence, save for mysterious dreams and visions that are prophetic at times. However, he recently learned that he can fly and project energy from his body, as well as conceal himself from evil to a degree (likely the "anti-Herod" power) As well, he has discovered that when he prays, he can heal himself or others of wounds. However, it is unlikely he has discovered the full extent of what he can do. Dial:
