Also in the Uk no-one gives a shit about underage sex. The officials are trying to stop people getting aids instead of having sex.
Recently in the papers there was an pregnant 11 year old girl.
Also its quite strange, the legal age limit for a gay relationship is 17.
Also did you know that Mary was 12 when she gave birth to Jesu

In legal terms it is not classified as a drug but an intoxicating agent.
Coffee and stuff are drugs aswell, so its too broad a term to describe everything in detail
