A Night At The Museum
Very much looking forward to this film, it certainly could be fun, but I wish they werent advertising it so early (December release)
Monster House
Now, theres probably a high chance that most people wont get to see this film. What with other such films as My Super Ex Girlfriend and Lady in the Water out, I can understand why it might be missed, (And we saw it as it was really the only film that suited our time schedule)
Anyway, I guess I would encourage people to watch it. It definitely has some funny moments, and instead of stereotypical little idiot kids, these kids are great! Truly relate to them...! Ie, they aint freaking retarded.
Also the animation is honestly a joy to watch. It looks great. Its a very bizarre mix of very real and (obviously) cartoon / charicture stylistic. Its great.
As for the story line - sounds lame (A house that is a monster) but very well executed, and freaking scary for a kids film!
You will enjoy the characters, the gags are there, (And some very funny) sometimes even the actings of these animated people is funny! and the thrills are there (My heart actually was beating fast at some points) All in all, a great film. For any age! Thoroughly enjoyable!
