If you like Westerns, I heartily recommend this 4 hour miniseries originally shown on cable channel American Movie Classics.
It stars Robert Duvall and Thomas Haden Church (Sandman in Spider-Man 3) as uncle and nephew trying to drive horses from Oregon to Canada for sale to the British army and who end up rescuing 5 Chinese girls sold in prostitution-slavery.
I putthis thread here since the movie is out on DVD and not everyone ('specially you Brits
) gets AMC.
