Hey, guys. I just wanted to post a quick note to let you guys what's been going on recently. The past year has not been easy for me. I've suffered from depression and a social phobia almost all of my life, and it really got bad the past few months. Last night, after coming home from a going away party, I ended up laying on the couch, drunk and crying for at least an hour afraid that I was going to live.
I woke up this morning realizing that something isn't right, but I didn't know how to fix it. A few minutes ago, I was flipping through the channels, because I couldn't sleep again, and I came across an infomercial that caught my attention. It was about this program called Attacking Anxiety and Depression. A lot of the things that it said made sense, so I called the toll free number. I can't help that it can't be that much of a coincidence that this program came on at this time. I mean, I've never heard of it before, and that I see it the day after I hit bottom? I just feel that I owe it to myself to see if it helps me, and if it doesn't I can return it within thirty days for a full refund.
