"As you are aware the Internet policy for BLURRED is that the internet should only be used during breaks, lunch or before/after your shift. TheBLURRED has relaxed this policy to allow you to use the Internet in your Available time. However, it appears that a small number of you are abusing this by:

1) playing games in BLURRED time and sometimes whilst you are on calls.
2) using hand held consoles to play games
3) using internet messaging service/chat rooms

This is inappropriate behaviour and does not look professional when we have visitors in the area. With immediate effect you are NOT permitted to play games on the Internet and you can only use it to view information sites such as BBC News and Sky Sports News etc.

You are NOT permitted to use held consoles and further action will be taken if anyone is found using such a device.

Your use of the Internet will be monitored and if anyone is found to be abusing this, we will be removing access to the Internet for the whole department.
