Since I have basically no idea how you guys are running this, I thought we could use this for reference on rules of play.
Please post rules here so that we may have a better understanding of all game mechanics.

Pretty much the same as the other one as far as I know.
Battle Stuff: You get to run your own wild Pokemon battles, except when noted.
Trainer Battles: Determine order of fighting by speed. List your attacks. They hit unless the GM says so.
Experience is awarded based on how much the GM thinks is warranted, unless you had a better system for Exp/leveling up.
I don't think we're gonna do much with money.
Swarm Battles are a work in progress.

how do you post battles?

I'm not entirely sure I understand the question.
EDIT:
If you're asking about how to get in random battles with wild Pokemon, you're at the mercy of the GM.
If you're asking about the format of the posts for making attacks/starting battles, I'd appreciate it if you posted the stats/HP of your Pokemon, and the just rattle off the attack you're using for the turn in some fashion. Other than that, I'm not picky.

The one in the WM Woods? Because the one over in the Crim Dell isn't gonna be over for a while, thanks to some vacation issues.

Both are part of the main story. The characters just split up to check out different areas to catch wild Pokemon.

A work in progress. Pretty much, it involves getting stampeded upon and letting out all your Pokemon to fight at once.
Vroke and ChAirBF are gonna be on vacation for the next week or so, and we're almost done with this part of the campaign. Pretty much Chair and Vroke do their swarm battle, we do our swarm battle and one more encounter, then it's onto the individual events. Which reminds me: I still need to think of one for you.
Here's who we got going where so far, subject to argument:
Dumas/Tom: The Dykell Interview about the Payton Randolph House, up in the UC in Chesapeake A. (Locked) Vroke/Pierre: ATO Tournament of Bastards over in the Campus Center. Brian/Brian: TDX Tournament of Class. Chair/Jeff: Wandering around campus. He knows where to go, even though he's not sure what's in store for him.(Locked) JK/Ethan: Getting a bite to eat. (Locked)
I can think of a couple events we could go with, depending on what types of Pokemon you're particularly interested in. Fire me a PM, and I'll see what I can whip up.
Oh, and don't say Ghost. If you say Ghost, I punch you.
EDIT: And to clarify, my PM Box is open if you've got some nonlegendary monster you're dying to come across. I may have a story in mind, but that doesn't mean we can't somehow work in a Quest for the Elusive Skunkape or whatever.

If Pierees a breeder can I be a collecter?

Pierre's primarily a collector, Terrance (Conch's character) is primarily a breeder, your character was a trainee from Blackthorn City, but he can be pretty much any sort of Pokemon trainer you want, personality wise. Collector, Breeder, would-be Gym Leader, some dude who just happens to have Pokemon, etc.
