The one on HCR has different players, involves badges, has a different GM, is going to be taking place mostly, if not entirely, in Russia, involves the Russian Mob, and is what this one spun off of. ReZ says that once Chapter 2 of the HCR RPG wraps up, you can join in.

Well, both mini-parties will be heading back to the Pokemon center shortly. You can jump in there. Just read the couple pages of the main "Ch. 2 Spirits in the Night" thread and you can make up a good reason to be at WM, and then get roped into the adventure somehow.
