I think the idea is its just a general Marvel luniverse. Most of it (from XML anyway) is 616, but some bits are taken fro mUltimate, and some bits invented for the game. Marvel, ULTIMATE Alliance. The XML games had primarily Ultimate characters, too, and this one has the Ultimate FF and Cap that I know of. |

I thought I saw him as the ultimate one.
The designers arent basing the story in jiust one universe, otherwise half the chracters wouldnt be there. I think its just ultimate-d some of the characters, becasue the ultimate line is very popular, and sells.

They've already made Ultimate Cage, Galactus an' others, but they don't look like they do in this game. Luke Cage is just some sorry landlubber on the Ultimate Defendarrrrrs who doesn't 'ave any powers. |

Yes, I know.
The "ultimate" in its name isnt referring to the universe its set in, I dont think.
I'm presuming its the same as the XML games. A mix and match of 616, Ultimate and Original material.
For example, we know the Nightcrawler NPC is in his ultimate costume, but in the clip we can see him fighting doombots, it is very clearly 616 doom.

I just wish that they wouldn't have put in Ultimate Cap and FF, which I saw in screen shots. Of course, I never thought of the possibility that you can change costumes, which now seems like the obvious answer.

Ive been hearing its quite short, since I said "Id get it" dunno if I will now.
If theres a racing game on Wii launch I might get it (Ie GT blah whatever its called...comes with Wheel)

No, im allready like quite dissapointed with it, and im only on the first shield level.
The sound is like broken or something, its all tinny and sounds like its coming from a mile down the road, and tehe graphics, though technically better than X-Men legends 1 and 2, are a lot harder to tell whats going on. And I dont get how to work the skills menu.
And theres just a je ne c'est quoi (sp?) missing.
Especially with Warbid. What is this? Like has to float everywhere and be annoying.

I would totally make a team of:
Nick Fury
Deadpool
Spiderman
Ghost Rider
And that would be my team the whole time.

ive not unlocked Nick or Ghost yet.
Deadool and Piser are like meh. I prefered deadpool in XML 2. Except like killed Fing Fang Foom all by himself after Spidey, Storm and Elektra fucked off to pointlessly fight some doombots.

You don't get GR until Mephisto's realm and you don't get Nicky until the last mission when you fight Doom.
I beat it on easy with:
Cap
Thor
Deadpool (duh)
Ghost Rider
And am currently going through normal with:
Samuel L. Fury
Spider-Man
Spider Woman (No hifen in her name...interesting...)
Iron Man
I'm amazed how fun Cap and Spidey are. They should be on every team.

Spider Woman: Agent of SHIELD (leader of "The Amazings")
Elektra (Boss killer for fun by day)
Cap./Invis./Ms. Marveslut/Human Torch
I cant look at Thing, Cage or Storm. Storm feels like shes in the wrong game and should go back to XML2.
Elektras way more fun, like killed the kraken by herself, took 7 years to take down like 15 Atlantean Warriors only through the use of Shuriken.

Elektra's a hoe. Replace her with Iron Man or Thor. You need someone to do the heavy lifting and I don't think Spidey will cut it.

No, Ms.Marvel is so bad. Shes a crap bruiser and cant do any good energy attacks (yet). She actually died fighting a tiny statue of an elephant.
What a bitch.
At least Elektra can like duel a dragon from hell to the death underwater whist screaming Spider-Womb's name.
