Halo has fun multiplayer, and is totally sweet for parties, but that's about it. Half-Life gets my vote.

I vote Goldeneye 64. Pure fucking classic, one of the most influential shooters ever.. Single-player owned the day, and the multiplayer was enough to keep me, and 3 buds up to 4 AM on many nights....
Ah, the memories....

Anyway, I never liked the 007 games. I must be the worst person to have ever tried to play mutliplayer on them. I hate the controls. You die in a second, and cant see behind you.
