Oh theres no contest between Maul and Grievous. Grievous is kinda bad IMO. Cool but bad. And plus Boba Fett fights for a living. If Boba is flying in the air, whats Maul gonna do? Throw his lightsaber? Force jump kick? Force push?  |

And I find myself agreeing with Pashy... It's all too true. Boba Fett did nothing, and in the end, got his ass kicked by a blind Han Solo. In the Expanded Universe, different authors have made him out to be the godly character that he never was. Maul was badass, in the movies and the EU. One force grip destroys Boba's jetpack (as he did that to an entire shield generator in one of the novels, if I recall correctly), and Boba is a sitting duck. Face it. Boba's a puss. |

In the Expanded Universe, different authors have made him out to be the godly character that he never was. Maul was badass, in the movies and the EU. One force grip destroys Boba's jetpack (as he did that to an entire shield generator in one of the novels, if I recall correctly), and Boba is a sitting duck. Face it. Boba's a puss. Alright. Firstly, Han was not fully blind. He could still see a little bit. Secondly, the only thing Han did was accidentally missfunction Boba's jetpack. He didnt "Kick Boba's ass" like you said. Thirdly, Boba would have done a lot better if Jabba's stupid grunts werent shooting the skiff Boba was on. Forthly, Luke is a jedi knight, something Boba (To my knowledge) has not foughten before so he didnt know what to expect. Plus, Luke is a jedi knight that stood up against Vader, a feat Boba couldnt dream of. Fifthly, Maul was defeated by a PADAWAN. Yes it may be Obi-Wan but Maul didnt seem that tired after killing Qui-Gon so he isnt as good as you fanboys say he is. And lastly, the movie is old and there wasnt much room for Lucas to do anything more than what he did with Boba. The CG wasnt that good. So if you want to judge how good Boba is, get ALL the facts instead of just the narrow view of him in the movie. |

Yo ucant call people siding with Maul fanboys, FF.
Ive only seen the whole star wars film series once, so i dont remeber much, but i did know that boba did hardly anything.
And saying "lucas couldnt do anything..lack of CGI..etc" isnt a good arguement. Maybe he really was only ever meant to be a minor chracter with a minor part and have little impact on the story. You cant just assume Lucas had like created him as a main character but couldnt do it, due to lack of CGI.
And the "padawan" that defeated maul was exceptionally talented, and was fueled with rage and the "force", if I remeber correctly.
Also, Maul is hardly the most powerful sith..he would just win this duel.

Actually, Boba is know where near my favorite character. Luke, Han, Vader, Chewie, Leia, Obiwan, Qui-Gon, and Emperor Palpatine are MUCH higher on my like list. And just because SW is Sci Fi doesnt mean that there arent facts to go along with it.. |
