Its (Eddie Brock) Venom vs. Deathstroke in a battle to the death. Neither of them know what is coming, but they are sucked into a portal with what they have on hand (weapons and armor) and the arena is:
The middle of New York City.
Deathstroke has his gun and his sword. Venom has his bloodthirsty alien symbiote. You decide who will win!

I vote Venom because he is near bullet proof, his symbiote heals wounds as soon as they are inflicted, and his symbiote is a weapon by itself.

Venom. Besides the factors of Super-Strength, Insanity, unlimited webtendralls, symbiotic defenses, and healing power, Venom also has the power to go Stealth, and change his form into anyone he wants to. It's not used too often, but that's the reason the new spidey click has shapechange. Venom is extremely stealthy, and can really only be hurt by intense heat or extreme sound. Venom would just go in a rage and lay waste to Deathstroke, then eat his spleen.

Deathstroke hands down.
Guess what...Im joking. Heh heh. Venom has this one so easy, it aint even funny. Heck, Ill throw in some quotes too. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre "You so dead, you dont even know it."
Lets see, he gets sucked through the portal...hed either hide asap and ambush, or just go crazy nuts on DS before he had a chance to catch a breath.

Venom.
Hell, if Deathstroke even gets close enough to use the sword, Eddie suffocates him, flood his lungs with suit.
On the other hand, Deathstroke's favorite gun fires explosive rounds, not slugs. That might create a bit of a problem for Eddie.
*BOOM*(Momentary intense heat)

Wow... 7 for Venom and 2 for Deathstroke. I totally forgot about the Camouflage thing Venom has. And don't forget that he can make shields out of his Symbiote, flood people's lungs (like Parallax said, and he has done it before), eat his heart, climb on walls, and all kinds of crazy sick stuff. And if Deathstroke was wearing a Spiderman mask, it wouldn't even be close.

Keep in mind, Venom has defeated Spiderman just about the same amount of times Spiderman has defeated Venom if not more. I also think that Spiderman could defeat Deathstroke, but like 6 out of 10 times. Whereas I think Venom would defeat Deathstroke 8 or 9 times out of 10.

Spiderman has only defeated Venom by actually straining his life and like crying to new dark moon. He even almost asked the bobcat why he grins.
Venom was defeated by some random Alien who actually split the symbiote and Eddie Brock up.
Like venom you can't even look at without him gorging on your face, whilst Deathstroke is like exactly the same as Deadpool but character-wise like 100 times worse
