Yeah, I like use and abuse religion. I dont believe at the mo, despite my crazy aunts many attempts to get me back to church. But, If I was like in a deadly situation or about to die, I would pray to god, so I guess I'm like a cheater or something.

I mean, I go to church on Xmas eve, cos its a family tradition, but I dont go for god or snything.

I also hate how religion fuels so much violence. People take it way too far.

Needless to say I got Banned by AZS at HCR. He and I had a parting of ways and it led to this.

Anyway, since I can't respond to his allegations I am asking my friends to post the entirety of what I have written below on HCR. Just cut/paste and it is not a headache for you.

As of Friday night, Ro had 84% warning.
There was a glitch in the system where when one of his 1 point warnings expired, his entire warning % dropped to 0. (Then went back up to 4% with the 1 pt I issued.) This glitch happened with a few people, and I asked Typhon to look into it.
Legitimately his warnings still stood and he had something like 19 points out of a possible 25.

Not true.
I had Warning Points that expired and my Warning Point Level decreased to the proper 4%. Aaron’s 1 Warning Point later raised it to 8%.

This shows that we have had long standing problems with Ro-gan, both on the forum as a whole, and with his blind crusade against me personally. He got more lives on this forum than a cat, and was constantly pushing the envelope of what was acceptable. He is friends with a lot of people here, and we did not want to ban him, thus we gave him far more chances than he really deserved. Even to the point where a couple years ago (Before I was Admin), I personally petitioned Draddog to lift a ban Ro-gan legitimately earned. So he’s had plenty of chances here, and finally crossed the line by a mile.

And all that aside, yes if someone, anyone, sends any Moderator (any moderator) a PM like that, you can #### well expect to be banned for it. Nobody should have to put up with being treated that way, and we're not going to stand for it.


PS, having the account Mystic Fox 4 on standbye, for after he got banned, is just another indicator of his atitude and expectations.

Well, first let me thank everyone that has showed sympathy my way and thanks for the kind words.

Looks like I’ve been Banned. By AZS (Aaron). Big shock. Let’s start at the beginning as they say–

Yes. I have been banned before. Waaaay back in December of 2003. My build up of Warning Points came from my ongoing feud that myself and others had with JediGeoff. As a side note: Geoff and I eventually buried the hatchet through Private Messaging and Yahoo! Messenger.

The 1 Warning Point that put me into Banned status was when I jumped into a Thread where everyone was throwing jabs at superman33. I made one comment and earned my Warning Point (as did everyone in that Thread by getting warned for their comments to superman33) and got Banned.

Aaron and I were developing a friendship back then and I asked for a favor. He gave it and I was very grateful. As a matter of fact I went, IIRC, 2 years without ever getting a Warning Point again. And, then, when I did get one or two here and there they were simply for having a twisted sense of humor. I never swore or abused the language filters. Also, I never again got into another word match with another member until right after WWC 2006. Some person here on HCRealms called myself and my friends pedophiles. I made a personal implied threat to him. That word hurts for reasons I don’t care to get into right now, but KitsuShel and a few others are well aware why I despise that word and especially me or my friends being called/referred to as one.

I got Warning Points for my implied threat as I expected. I wasn’t upset about that. But, I was upset because the person who called us pedophiles got off scot-free. I made quite an argument about this to Aaron and another Mod until justice was done. The offender received his justly warning. But, sadly, if I wouldn’t have made a lot of noise then he would have gotten away with calling people a name– a hurtful name.

The friendship Aaron and I formed over the years started to get strained right after that. It’s funny how a guy (Aaron) can call you up to go to the movies with you and come to your home to play Heroclix and such and then turn on you soon after being made an Administrator of HCRealms.

But, regretfully, this happened to us. How did it happen, you ask? It happened because of the LeaLu incident. I had been stockpiling all kinds of evidence against LeaLu and when I got within 99% proof of knowing she was actually a he I contacted DS-00-0, FSD, KitsuShel (prior to being a Moderator), and Aaron.

Aaron and I talked about the situation over the phone and even in person. I agreed to keep my mouth shut and not damage the integrity of HCRealms because it was so soon after Sandra Wu-San being outed [by LeaLu no less]. But, as is always the case, Aaron started dishing out Warning Points to me right after that for alleged violations that were obviously jokes or for things that he himself would do on here and get away with. Hypocrisy still exists and becomes even worse in those of seats of power.

I decided that since he felt that way then why should I keep my mouth shut about LeaLu.
Oh, and as an aside, last week I received a Private Message from someone here on HCRealms who is a known compatriot of LeaLu/Har!Bandit and he informed me that I was right. He has felt for a couple of years now that LeaLu/Har!Bandit is suffering in real life from possible Multiple Personality Disorder and just wanted to let me know now that since he knows about the LeaLu-thing he can look into getting his friend help. Serious help.

Back on topic–

I went public with the LeaLu cover-up and Aaron was peeved at me. Totally understood. It was pretty much how I felt about him prior.

Since that time we did try and heal our friendship, but things kept coming up. The last straw for me working things out was just last month when Aaron turned off my Diamond Donor Status. After, I might add, I paid for it two weeks prior to that. I was told by a Mod here that it was indeed Aaron that turned off my Diamond Donor status.

Instead of kissing his heinie to try and get it back I did the proactive thing: I went to my PayPal Account and and filed a complaint. PayPal notified ‘Realmsworks and I got some nasty Private Messages from both Typhon and AZS (Aaron).

I even received a further email from Aaron stating that if I did not cancel the PayPal Complaint he would just refund my money and if I did want the Diamond Donor Status back I would have to pay the regular $50 instead of the $25 that I did when HCRealms had the Donor Sale going on late last year. I gave in and cancelled the complaint because I did not have that kind of money to spend. Aaron’s bullying tactics worked. Again.

Since then I have become under the gun of nearly all the Moderators. Don’t believe me? Am I suffering from paranoia like Aaron keeps telling me? Go check out my warnings since 2007 started. Click on the warned posts and see how it was something that didn’t deserve a warning.

Oh, and the 0 point Warning Point DS-00-0, FSD gave me last week? I am pretty sure that was a joke on his part towards me. Especially in context of the post and thread where it occurred. I’d like to hope it is. Otherwise, it means that HCRealms is now giving out Warning Points for having a negative opinion about WK.

Now let’s finish up here since this is getting rather long–

Over the weekend, apparently, there were a couple Threads that popped up asking for help in finding Heroclix Venues to play at. Sniksder’s Thread was clearly asking for help in finding nice venues where it is enjoyable to play... something Venue Sources here and on WK’s Site cannot tell you.

Both Threads were shut down and even included a stinging retort by Aaron towards them for making the Threads. The first I can see because there are proper links to find a Venue. But, sniksder’s Thread was clearly stating that he wanted advice on good venues to play at where his son (who is moving into said state’s venue locations) wouldn’t feel like an outsider there or not have to worry about judges/players who abuse the System.

In response to reading sniksder’s Thread I made a parody Thread in Another Realm and after a couple hours there were quite a few responses on it. All enjoying the lightheartedness. When I logged in later last night I saw I had a Private Message from Rokk_Krinn asking me if I had removed my Thread or if it was taken down by a Moderator. He stated he couldn’t imagine why the Thread was removed because there was nothing bad in it to warrant it’s banishment. I agreed.

Oh, and let’s not forget that Aaron has a regular habit of creating parody Threads many times and they stayed up.

Not knowing if Aaron removed my Thread or not– but knowing his dislike of me– I sent one Private Message to him. In it I explained clearly why I felt he was stalking me in my Posts and clearly singling me out. I also told him to go do something to himself which is physically impossible. Of course, it was filtered out by the filters. But, I meant it.

Now, before everyone gets their underwear in a bunch because I told an Administrator to do something to himself let me add this–

I didn’t tell Administrator AZS to do it. I told someone who used to be a friend to do it. BIG DIFFERENCE!

I’m sure many of you out there have told a loved one or family member or a friend to jump in a lake at one point or another in your life. You wouldn’t be human if you didn’t. That’s all I did. And, I did it through a Private Message. I wonder if he would have still Banned me if I had called him on his phone and told him that? My guess would be yes. It's the same when I tell GroovyBoy or Gacy or any number of people where to go when they do something wrong. But, they don't currently have any type of power to remove me from HCRealms. Like Aaron.

And, finally, let’s look at how many Warning Points he gave me for that message to him: 25. 25 big points for ticking him off. Not 1, not 2, not 5. 25. Wow! Tell me that wasn’t a personal retaliation based on our ruined friendship.

Am I a trouble maker here? No. If I was, I sure as heck don’t think I would have 61 REP Power and over 4300 REP Points.

I will admit that my sense of humor is akin to "toilet humor" and I am very outspoken. Especially when it comes to Chris Claremont. Hmmmm... Aaron has made mention a few times how he dislikes CC. But, whatever. See? That’s a joke. I do know Aaron dislikes CC, but I do know that even he wouldn’t be that petty to judge me because of my fanboyism for CC. I would like to hope so. But, this is also the same Administrator who just last year logged into my HCRealms Account without my permission and posted as me to vote for hair10 to receive a Junk Shot during the Junk Shot Poll going on back then before WWLA 2006. But, I didn’t care because he and I were friends and I was okay with that. I was just glad it wasn’t my ex-wife who had done it because she has done it on occassion– used my computer without my knowing.

The only other thing I have to explain is the Mystic Fox 4 account. I created that for a girlfriend who was interested in playing Heroclix and sharing my interests here on HCRealms. There was nothing more than that. That was even her that posted this morning. But, I guess Aaron should now go ban Badgerbite and Catriona for sharing the same IP Address.

Well, that’s all I have to say. It’s been fun and I love all you guys. I’ll see those that go at the many Cons this year and the future years.

What did he/she actually do? Were they banned or just chased off?

If a man wants to identify himself as a woman then that should be allowed. Its kinda a shame that something thats probably quite personal to her/him is laid open to scrutiny by the whole site.

My respect for Ro-gan is less for uncovering LeaLu, when there was no reason to uncover it. LeaLu wasnt hurting anyone.

The fact that LeaLu was a respected member of the forums makes it worse.

Well if you actually read some of the discussions with Lealu then you would realize that it went WAY beyond just identifying themself and actually entering a realm of fantasy which probably is not healthy.

Nevertheless he was a good person and if he returns I would greet him wholeheartedly no matter how confused he may be.

Slutny, do you mind if I ask why you were perma-banned. I heard that you did something really really bad, but no ones said wha. Was it just polotics, or was there a reason.

If you don't want to answer I understand, It's just, you were the first case of oerma banning I've heard of.

Well!

In the begining I signed up as Chairdriver. I was generally annoying and spammed quite a bit. I got banned for 2 days at first, then afterwards I was just banned randomly one day.

A few months later, bored I joined up as Slutny, at first just to have fun writing crap. Then I decided to actually have a real life and have proper opinions. When people found out it was chairdriver, AZS just banned me without even thinking twice.

Then I had a more fun account for a day, hc_river_raid, (an anagram of chairdriver) like testing everyone's detective skills. (Budpalmer I think busted me when I said crisps instead of chips, as I claimed to be from Florida).

Now I'm back as Amora's_best_friend. I'm not sure if AZS or Superfro or anyone knows its chairdriver (Kitsushel certainly does) but because I got a new laptop, they have no IP address proof even if they did know it was me. I actually try to have a life now.

No they knew CHair was Slutny fpr ages. They even sadi becuase you were better behaved they kept you, until someone event, where you got banned.

As for me..only a few people know my true life.
