Heres a New Republic Luke when he was a Grand Master.

Unique;Melee attack;Quadruple Attack Flurry Attack;LS Duelist Master Sense (When attacked by a ranged attack this character gets +3 defense) Light Tutor
Force:2 Force renewal 2 Master of the force 2 LS Defense (When hit by a melee or non-melee attack, take no damage with a save of 11.) Force Leap Master Speed Force Defense Emerald Sparks Force 4, replaces attacks: range 6; 60 damage to 1 target and 30 damage to up to 2 characters adjacent to that target. Force Aura 2 Force 2: This turn, if this character would take damage, make 2 saves; each roll of 11+ reduces the damage dealt by 10.
Commander Effect:
Allies with a force rating within 6 squares gets 1 force each time the activate.

Special Abilities:
The Admiral: Replaces turn. Allies within 6 squares gain stealth for the remainder of the round. Allies within 6 squares cannot be targeted by accurate shot, unless they are the nearest target.
Commander Effect:
Followers within 6 squares may move up to 3 squares before the start of the round.
Non-unique followers within 6 gain +3 defense.
Kindof a counter-Thrawn piece, with his CE taking some of the sting away from Master Tactician, but still has other capabilities as well.

I got a different idea for the Emerald Sparks for Luke. I was thinking something like this,
"Force 5 range 6 - Target character rolls a D20 twice. If both rolls are below 11 each, the character is defeated. If one roll is higher than 11 and the other one is lower than 11, target character takes 60 damage. If both rolls are higher than 11 each the target character takes 30 damage. Usable once per game"
Yeah it is powerfull but Luke's Emerald sparks were very powerfull. What do you think?

- Unique - Melee Attack - Double Attack - Qui Gonns Apprentice - +3 Attack if Qui Gon Jinn is within 6 Squares.
Force 4 - Force Leap 1 - Lighsaber Assault 1 - Lightsaber Deflect 1 - Contingency Attack 2 - If this character misses an attack roll, reroll the dice with +6 Attack.

Commander Effect Aerial Mapping Downloads - This ability effects droids and cyborgs also. Allied characters recieve +2 Attack against a target that this character can see. Allied characters ignore hindering terrain for movement purposes if this character can see the terrain.

Padawan Obi-Wan is a level 2 or 3 Jedi. That means he would have rolled a hit die three times. Which means he cannot have 110 HP. This is what Obi should be as a Jedi Knight, I think.
