No Scissor Sisters feel cheap now
Like you had to scream when Mary came on in its heyday and like had to run and get the original Pink Flyod version of Comfortably Numb to verify that the S.S version was better, but now they feel cheap

That's just how it is. It's not only talented musicianship that is unmatched by many, but to copy a band that has a unique sound (hell, they practically created a new genre of music), is wrong. Remember, the whole "playing it faster" theory is what seperates the greats like Pink Floyd, from bands like Metallica and others. Faster doesn't mean better, nor does it necessarily require more skill. |

Yeah, i mean, if pink floyd like spent seven years crafting it perfectly, and shed 12 gallons of blood and tears, ..great.
But, i prefer the Scisssor Sisters version way more. I didnt even know it was a cover for ages.
