Actually, I looked it up back when the song first came out because I couldn't figure out what she saying, and it started to bug me. Actually, she is saying "flossy". Of course, since I don't live in the hood, I had to look up what "flossy" meant. Apparently, flossy is slang for something flashy or showy. The more you know... |

They actually changed it for the UK. She was scared people wouldn't understand what "Flossy" meant, so she changed it to "Flouncy".
