Really it's the whole "You spend most of your time in AR, therefore, you're a second class citizen" thing.
I spent alot of time and effort building my rep to where it is (apparently, not enough, as AZS apparently doesn't know who I am). Now, with the upgrades, I have less invovlement than some members that just joined a few months ago. I do think that post counts should be "all or nothing". As in, all posts should count equally, either one post equals plus one to your post count, or a post shouldn't count at all, regardless of what forum it was made in.
Personally, I think that Realms should do away with the post count feature. But that's just my opinion...
