Lol. Word. And....not particularly Ebay whore....just trade whore. + 2 shots at Galactus....well.....12 if you include possibly getting G tickets. I had a dude asking myself and at least one other if he could buy their boosters and, of course, he would get the herald. He also happened to see that the one venue had extra Surfers (now I know to keep them away from his eyes), and asked "If I buy 2 more boosters, can I get another Herald?"  Some folks just don't know when to say when. I can understand trade bait, but there's a fine line between that and greed. You cross the line into greed by trying to get multiple Heralds from one tournament, IMHO. |

Yeah, but I'd prefer to not have him. You'll use him once in a boring predictable battle, then he'll gather dust. I own a Big G, but have never played him. For me, the sheer coolness factor is not that he pwns the board when you field him, but rather that he looks fucking awesome standing on display. Add to that the fact that I am a Jack Kirby fan and that Galactus and Silver Surfer are two of my faves, and I am more than happy to have them in my collection. (This last was the main reason that I decided to play in week 1 of the CoG events, to get the Surfer as the participation prize.) |

A friend of mine keeps his Galactus on the back of his toilet, a roll of TP mounted on his outstretched hand.
That's pretty close to how I feel about him.
