Phones man. Its like I had a meeting the other day with my manager and she said "I know sometimes it may feel like your the only one taking calls" Erm....*Looks at statistics for last month and sees that DESPITE the fact that ReZ isnt trained on every policy, he is getting the 2nd highest volume of calls in the entire call centre, (About 32 ish people) and is only behind #1 by 80 calls or so....Also sees that nearest person in my team to my amount of calls is 500 calls behind me*  *Sigh* |
