Dont worry, we pretty much ignore Pash and Chair most of the time.
We are trying to mold them into better people at the moment, so that one day they can (Hopefully) be unleashed on the public.

You have one as you only have like...10 posts.
At like 50? or something it becomes 3 or 2 and "Member" then "Full Member" etc until "God" which is 500 posts.
And obviously some have colours / different titles as they are Admin and Mods and Staff.
