CMGrealms is getting merged? Aye! Full story here: www.hcrealms.com/forum/showthread.php?&t=204947but here's the relevant section: I've heard a rumor about something big; and/or some "big upgrade". What's that?
In the ever changing market that is the Hobby Gaming industry, RealmWorx has decided to consolidate our sites and focus our efforts to making a few sites great ... instead of many great sites. That being said, we are going to be merging CMGRealms.com INTO HCRealms.com. This will bring MechWarrior, HorrorClix, and Mage Knight players into the fold on HCRealms. They're not "invading", and for the most part you won't even notice the new members ... but they're coming!which begs the question: What happens if you were banned on HCRealms, but are still registered on CMGRealms . . ? . |

They should realistically ban people for insults to people, being generally rude/disrespectful or spamming and being an asshat.
Until WK assimilates the realms into itself, banning people for having a valid opinion is wrong.

There is no affiliation with WK and HCR should be a place where you can sound off.
HCR has become intertwined with WK and now negative opinions (any negative opinions about WK) will not be tolerated.
AZS writes Heroclix articles for Inquest (or whatever mag it is). That means he has to kiss WK's e-penis for fear of not getting info.
Rock810 has gotten paid trips out to Washington State for his Heroclix Mag he works on by WK.
Typhon (and I could be wrong about this!) works for WK.
Anyone see why negative opinions won't be tolerated anymore? It's foolish and stupid to let only certain people have a voice.I have a very special t-shirt ready for Gencon. Hopefully some Realms mods will pry themselves away from their thought policing pastime to show up. It's a shame Frontwad didn't ban me before Philly this year ... I was so civil to everyone ! Damn it. |

Though I WILL tell Mark straight up when I don't like something (that is why I don't complain much). I have been trying to get other gamelines in the magazine as I am in the realization that WIZKIDS is not a forever kind of gig. I like the game also, and have a collection to prove it. I've also spent as much cash as anyone (more if you count MSU and I's bar tabs) supporting the game and the associated cons. But when dissenting about a specific rule for a specific event (to which I attended ... and ironically won a pink Galactus at) results in 10 warning points then the whole fucking board looks retarded. That fucking dude is a self-righteous cocksucker, regardless of whether it's a wizkids related board or a board about bird watching. I did nothing to get those points. And if people truly did report that post then the whole fucking board has gone down the shitter anyway and is inhabited by fucking trolls, morons, and sheep who aren't going to produce an engrossing discussion about anything anyway. Hence why I sent the grenade post that I knew would surely get me banned. Even worse the fucking loser asks me to ask forgiveness and he'll repeal the warning points. That's a man with no fucking life, and a very small cock. I have a life and HCRealms has run it's course as a relevant pastime. It's still my homepage, I guess that should change as well. |
